BFF Gallery: Behind the Scenes

19–23 October 2026

Where are the artworks kept when they are not on display?

For four days, BFF Gallery will exceptionally open the doors of its storage area, inviting visitors to discover what happens behind the scenes of the BFF Collection.

Through a guided tour, visitors will gain access to a space that is normally off-limits, where artworks are stored and prepared for future exhibitions.

The tour will also offer the opportunity to view works that have never been displayed to the public, as well as pieces that have recently returned from conservation treatments, providing insight into the activities that ensure artworks are preserved, handled, and enhanced even when they are not on display.

This unique initiative is part of  èCultura!, the festival promoted by ABI and ACRI, a nationwide programme that brings together several cultural events organised each year by banks, banking foundations, and corporate partners across Italy.

Visits to the BFF Gallery storage area are free of charge and will take place from Monday 19 to Friday 23 October, from 10:30 am to 5:30 pm.
